## What is Sentinus Research?

Sentinus is an Istanbul-based research design firm (founded 2019) that combines qualitative and quantitative market research to deliver human-focused insights and strategies. The agency specialises in in-depth qualitative methodologies (in-depth interviews, in-home visits, extreme interviews, focus groups, diaries, shadowing, workshops, digital qual, empathy and analogous experiences, ethnography, guerrilla research) and quantitative techniques (online surveys, CATI, CAPI, A/B testing, controlled experiments, brand tracking and U&A studies). Sentinus aims to help brands create relevant businesses, build valuable customer relationships and develop future experience strategies by uncovering emotions, motives and values of consumers. The team is led by founder Mahan Doğrusöz, a psychologist with long experience in moderation, brand image and concept development work across many sectors.
