## What is Bello Insights Lab?

**Bello Insights Lab is a UX research and strategy consultancy helping product teams move from assumptions to clarity.**

We design and deliver research that fits how modern teams actually work — fast, focused, and built for decisions, not binders. Our core strength is qualitative and mixed-methods research: in-depth interviews, concept testing, usability studies, discovery research, and synthesis.

We work across the full research lifecycle, from study design and participant recruiting through fieldwork, analysis, and stakeholder readouts. A specialized differentiator: bilingual research in English and Spanish.

We conduct interviews and recruit participants across English- and Spanish-speaking audiences, giving clients access to segments that are often underrepresented in standard research programs. This is native-fluency qualitative work, not translated methodology.
